Delivery information
First Class recorded
Your balloon will be sent using Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded delivery service. Balloons are not guaranteed to arrive on a specific day, and in some cases may take up to three days to arrive.
While Royal Mail deliver 80 to 90% of 1st Class post next day, there is no guarantee your balloon will arrive on the day chosen.
If your balloon requires a guaranteed delivery date you should choose a Special Delivery option.
Please note that recorded delivery items require a signature.
Special Delivery
If using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service to dispatch, this method ensures a guaranteed level of customer satisfaction at all times. This method guarantees delivery to most UK addresses (including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey) by 1PM the next working day. A signature will be required on delivery.
Special delivery may take up to 3 days to some remote parts of Scotland, please contact us for more info.
Please note we cannot be liable for late delivery to these areas if insufficient time has been given when ordering. If there is no-one available at the given address, the balloon will be returned to the local delivery office for the recipient to collect or arrange re-delivery. Should you request instructions to be written on the box (eg: please leave with neighbour if no-one in), Royal Mail will view this as a request and may not be able to oblige. If this is the case the box will be returned to the local delivery office.
Royal Mail may deliver on Saturdays but delivery is not guaranteed. We are unable to give refunds for non-delivery on Saturdays. If your balloon is not delivered on Saturday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (or Tuesday in the case of Bank Holidays). We suggest requesting a Friday delivery and instruct us to mark the box do not open until Saturday / Sunday.
